The range of tower models of PSA nitrogen generators is aimed at users who want to cover the highest nitrogen consumption, on the order of tens to hundreds of Nm3 / h. Tower models are supplied without a machine cover, so the models are available at the lowest possible price. For the production of nitrogen, production towers based on pressure vessels are used, but with flat top lids, which make it possible to prevent the movement of the molecular sieve and to contribute to a long life without maintenance and constant performance without long-term decline. Generators in this category are equipped with air and nitrogen pressure measurement as standard and are controlled by an Omron PLC. The valve system with two opposing pairs of valves enables a balanced flow. To maximize production efficiency, NG1000 and larger models use different molecular sieves for low and high purity, further reducing nitrogen production costs.

Nitrogen generators only use excellent molecular sieves that ensure the most efficient nitrogen removal. With a purity of 99.99%, only 4.45 Nm3 of compressed air are required to generate 1 Nm3 of nitrogen. Economical VARIO PSA system

Sysadvance was the first company on the market to introduce the VARIO PSA energy saving system in 2015. The production of nitrogen by a generator mainly depends on two factors - the air flow and the time the air is in contact with the molecular sieve. Both coefficients are fixed in conventional PSA generators. If the nitrogen consumption is lower, it will be produced in higher purity, which leads to unnecessary increases in air consumption. The new VARIO PSA system makes it possible to variably change the delivered quantity by the corresponding purity and to save considerable air consumption in times when less nitrogen is required.

Minimal maintenance

Maintenance of nitrogen generators is practically non-existent. All maintenance work is limited to checking for cleanliness, flow and tightness every 6 months. The molecular sieve is of extremely high quality and there is no loss and need to change or add it in connection with the construction of production columns with flat lids.
