BOGE BLUEprotect nitrogen generators

A simple and effective way to protect or crop. other food materials stored in silos against pests and fungal infections from the traditional German manufacturer of compressors BOGE - BLUEprotect System. Protection of bulk materials in silos from pests and fungal infections

BOGE BLUEprotect nitrogen generators

The basic principle of the BLUEprotect system: Compressed nitrogen gas is transported to the grain silo so that a low-oxygen atmosphere is created there. All animal pests and most infectious fungi require oxygen for their growth and development. Beetles and other insects in their shortage are killed, the extent of the fungal infection is significantly reduced.
At the same time, nitrogen, as the main component of the air, is completely harmless when it comes into contact with food.

How do we produce compressed nitrogen gas? It's a technically simple solution:
The compressor generates compressed air that is processed in a nitrogen generator through a membrane filter that separates nitrogen from oxygen. The generator produces compressed nitrogen gas with a purity of 98 to 99%.
The nitrogen generated in this way is transported to the silo and absorbed by the ambient air at the exit of the silo.
All nitrogen production systems (compressor, compressed air dryer, filter, nitrogen generator) are housed in portable containers. The system is therefore flexible and can be relocated if necessary. It is suitable for different types of storage forces depending on its size or size. Placements.
No special requirements are required to connect and operate the system - a flat solid floor is required outside to place the container, it is also necessary to bring electricity. Energy (for compressor, dryer, nitrogen generator, container lighting and ventilation as well as temperature control in winter) and distribution of compressed nitrogen between container and storage power (pipeline or pressure hose).

In this way, others, e.g. Organically grown products - the principle is based on the "removal" of oxygen from compressed air - not on the chemical effect of another substance.

A protective nitrogen atmosphere is often used in the food, mechanical engineering, chemical and electrical industries, among others.
